About Us

Whitehouse Outdoor Services is a professional exterior cleaning company serving Newtownabbey and surrounding areas. We specialize in domestic and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, and soft washing. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent role.

The Role

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our customers, ensuring excellent results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Cleaning windows using water-fed pole systems and traditional methods
✔️ Soft washing of rendered walls and other exterior surfaces
✔️ Gutter cleaning and pressure washing
✔️ Other exterior cleaning duties as required
✔️ Driving between customer locations and ensuring timely service
✔️ Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional attitude
✔️ Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, following health and safety regulations

Requirements

✅ Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
✅ Experience in window cleaning, soft washing, or exterior cleaning (preferred but not required – training provided)
✅ Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
✅ Able to safely perform the physical aspects of the job, including lifting, bending, and working on ladders
✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional in attitude
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
